Round 1.2
Application for Continuation of Data Management Funding

Welcome to the ATHNdata.quality.counts online application process!

The process is designed to simplify the submission, review and communication of your request for data management funding. To ensure that reviewers can fully evaluate your request, please be certain to complete all sections of the application, including the electronic spreadsheet.

The priorities for funding during this period are:

  • Secure complete and accurate core data (e.g., demographics, diagnoses, coagulation medications, surgeries, laboratory tests, contact information and insurance) for use in the ATHNdataset, disaster preparedness and patient management beyond annual visits;

  • Support WebTracker users to increase the amount and/or quality of data beyond the core;

  • Jumpstart data collection using WebTracker by centers that are not currently users of Lab Tracker.
