ATHN Data Summit 2009

The first annual ATHN Data Summit, held in 2008, set a precedent for success. More than 135 physicians, nurses, licensed social workers, data managers and government collaborators attended. Based on the evaluations, 49 out of 50 attendees would recommend the ATHN Data Summit to their colleagues.

This year promises to be even more exciting. We hope you and your colleagues will join us in Chicago from July 30-31, 2009.

THE AGENDA

Data rich projects that help to improve care and preserve access to high quality care are our priority.

Please join us for the launch of WebTracker and to learn more about the progress of the ATHNdataset, the new funding cycle for data management awards through the ATHNdata.quality.counts program, technical training using WebTracker and what HTCs need to do to prepare for migration to this new platform.

For the second year in a row, ATHN will provide real-world resources to help you and your patients get ready and be prepared in the event of a disaster or emergency. Drawing on best practices of centers across the country, ATHN has developed the ATHNready Care Continuity Plan template to help your HTC build its own plan. The ATHNready program includes a wallet-sized flash drive Personal Health Report with core medical information for your patients that can be generated directly from WebTracker and an interactive HTC Finder complete with driving instructions to your center. For a sneak peek click here. All of these will be available to you at the ATHN Data Summit 2009.

We look forward to seeing you there and hope you can join us.
